ROOMS Tbilisi enter the network of design hotels. This is the first designer hotel in Tbilisi. the hotel has an original design and incomparable comfort. The combination of exquisite details and natural materials create a cozy atmosphere.
All rooms and suites are a combination of the New York vision of the 1930s and the charm of the old-fashioned world, with rich leather, local artwork, custom-made furniture and old Georgian objects. With a bohemian chic atmosphere, expect to see dark wooden floors, leather-covered beds or iron-framed beds, in short, fashionable, medium, residential (in a good way) post-industrial aesthetics of mid-century. Each room is intelligently decorated with a unique, modern line of handmade wallpaper with hand-painted textures and silk-screen printing with graphic patterns. The rooms overlook the lively Chovelidze Street or the Garden, and the fifth floor has terraces.
GARDEN VIEW QUEEN/TWIN ROOM - The 25 sq m Garden View Twin/Queen Rooms offer separate beds/king size beds views over the hotel’s garden. Each room is sensually decorated with a unique, modern line of hand-made wallpapers with hand-painted textures and silk-screen graphic patterns. The room is minimalist and filled with custom-made furniture.
URBAN QUEEN ROOM - Overlooking tranquil Chovelidze Street, the 22sq m Urban Queen Rooms offer queen-size beds and white tiled bathrooms with wooden floors and rainfall showers.
SIGNARURE KING ROOM - At 35sq m, the spacious Signature King Rooms boast a king-size bed and views over the neighbouring houses and independent shops.
TERRACE QUEEN ROOM - 24 m² rooms are located on the top floor of the hotel. They feature a 5-m² terrace overlooking the garden and the beautiful Mtatsminda Mountain. Terrace Queen Rooms feature a queen-size bed and suite bathroom. The room has a desk and Marshall speakers. There is also a separate shower and toilet.
LOREN SUITE - The 55 sq m Loren Suite is as striking as its namesake with a luxurious bedroom, complete with a roll top bathtub, and stylish, separate living space. The cool, neutral aesthetics are accented with original pieces of contemporary art and a sumptuous electric blue velvet sofa.
TERRACE SUITE – At 97sq m, The Terrace Suite is the crowning glory of Rooms Hotel Tbilisi. Comprising a spacious living room, a 34sq m en-suite bedroom, and a stylish study with writing desk and casual seating area, the suite is perfectly appointed for large families or extended business stays.
TERRACE KING – In the Terrace King Rooms on the fifth floor, the entrance hall leads straight into an open bathroom, which is separated from the bedroom by a marble double-sink vanity, vintage-style mirror and industrial lamps.
SIGNARURE SUITE – Offering views over the bohemian Vera neighborhood, the 57 sq. m Signature Suite boasts a 35 sq. m bedroom with king size bed and separate 22-sqm living space.

Garden Hall
Garden hall, our latest and so far, the largest space to throw all types of events. The very special in this hall is that due to its abundant space and minimalistic design it can be converted into a concert hall, gala dinner venues and official conference spaces. Maximum occupancy: 600 people
Event Room
A multi-purpose room with lots of day light, the Event Room is suitable for personal exhibitions, conferences or trainings due to flexibility in the room configuration. Maximum occupancy: 100 people.
Master Room
A versatile and bright venue, the Master Rooms view over the Garden provides plenty of daylight. The room has a separate breakout area for groups or catering services and can be configured according to the needs of the event. Maximum occupancy is 100 people.
Central Room
This centrally located conference space boasts a special festive ambience. The Central Room is suitable for presentations and other major events. Maximum occupancy is 80 people.
Map Room
The Map room is a boardroom style venue with chic décor and plenty of daylight. It has 18 comfortable chairs and an oval table in the center of the room making it a perfect venue for conferences and meetings. The Map room may be converted to a private fine dining venue.
Small Meeting Room
With its distinctive design, Small Meeting Room is ideal for conferences, presentations and trainings. Maximum capacity is 20 people
